Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Weight is the practical difference with this artificial coconut palm. Fiberglass construction keeps it light for its size, which matters when a 13 ft (4 m) tree has to be repositioned between event setups rather than installed once. Listed heights run 8 ft (2.5 m) to 18 ft (5.5 m).

Where does this work best?

Hotels, restaurants, event spaces and upscale homes. It is the version to choose when the tree will move - a corner build for a conference, then a terrace for a summer function - rather than being fixed into a landscape scheme permanently.

Can this go outside?

Yes. The foliage is anti-UV and the tree is specified for indoor and outdoor use, so a terrace or a garden position is fine. Because the build is light, an exposed outdoor position needs the base weighted rather than left free-standing.

Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, no feeding, no light. The fiberglass shell wipes clean, and unlike a living palm indoors it will not develop the brown frond tips that come from dry interior air. Dust the crown when it needs it.
