Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

This 7 ft 6 in artificial Christmas tree comes in two builds: pre-lit with 450 warm incandescent lights, or unlit. Both use 2,856 mixed PE and PVC tips on metal hinges, which is a full profile rather than a slim one.

Does it come with lights fitted?

Only if you choose the pre-lit version, which carries 450 warm incandescent bulbs worked through the branches. The unlit version is the same tree without them, for venues that want to run their own lighting.

How dense is the foliage?

2,856 branch tips across 7 ft 6 in. That is a full-shape tree, so allow more floor diameter than a slim or pencil profile of the same height would need.

How does it arrive, and how much shaping does it need?

It ships in sections with metal-hinged branches that swing down as you assemble. Setup is quick; the time goes into separating the tips so the light strands sit inside the canopy rather than on top of it.

Can this go outside?

The tree and its foldable base are rated for indoor or outdoor display. If you take the pre-lit version outside, protect the plug and inline connectors.
