Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

A 10 ft (3 m) artificial sakura in moulded plastic, finished in pink and white blossom tones. One fixed height and a hard-wearing build make it the practical choice for venues that set the same tree up repeatedly - wedding planners, bridal showers, restaurants and hotel function rooms.

Is it suitable for a commercial fit-out?

Yes, and specifically for repeat use. Plastic blossom takes being packed down, moved and reset far better than paper or fabric petals, which is the failure point on event trees that get handled every weekend.

Where does this work best?

Behind a ceremony position or at the head of an aisle. At 3 m the canopy sits above head height, so guests seated in front of it are not looking into branch structure - the blossom fills the camera frame instead.

Does it need any maintenance?

Shake it out after storage and lift any crushed blossom clusters by hand. Store it standing rather than on its side if you can; laid flat under other kit is what flattens a blossom canopy between bookings.
