Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Pink and white blooms on the same tree, at 7.2 ft (2.2 m), with fabric flowers on a natural wood trunk. Mixing the two tones across one canopy is closer to how a real orchard reads than a single flat colour, and it is what separates this one from the solid-colour blossom trees.

Will it look real up close?

The two-tone blossom is the strongest thing about it, because colour variation is what your eye uses to judge whether flowers are real. Fabric petals also sit and crease naturally in a way moulded plastic blooms do not.
