Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

An artificial cherry blossom tree in pink and white, made to order in two sizes: 7 ft (2 m) and 15 ft (4.5 m). Blossom is silk over plastic, set on a trunk finished to look like natural wood, and the two-size range covers everything from a shop interior to a full venue installation.

How tall is it, really?

Choose 7 ft (2 m) or 15 ft (4.5 m) - there is no middle option. The 7 ft version fits a standard room and a shop floor; the 15 ft version needs a genuine void and a lift or scaffold tower to dress it. They are different products in practice, so pick against your ceiling, not your budget.

Will it look real up close?

The trunk is finished to a wood grain and the blossom is silk rather than moulded plastic, so it holds up well from across a room. At arm's length the regularity of the blossom placement is visible. That is true of every artificial blossom tree at this price and we would rather be straight about it.
