Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Red-blossom artificial cherry tree, stocked at 9 ft (3 m), 13 ft (4 m) and 16.5 ft (5 m). Plastic and silk blossom sit on a natural wood trunk. At five metres this is atrium and shopping-centre scale rather than a tree for the corner of a room.

How tall is it, really?

Three sizes, all of them large: 3 m, 4 m and 5 m. The 5 m option stands taller than most double-height residential spaces, so check the ceiling and the route in before committing to it.

Will the colour fade in sunlight?

The blossom is made with UV resistance in mind, which slows fading in bright positions. Red is still the hardest colour to hold, so a tree standing under a glazed roof will shift tone sooner than the same tree in a lit interior.

Where does this work best?

Under height - an atrium, a mall void, a banqueting room with a real ceiling. Red blossom is a loud statement in a small space; it earns its place where there is enough air around it to be seen whole.
