Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Pink blossom on a fiberglass trunk at 11.5 ft (3.5 m) - a single-size artificial cherry blossom tree with silk fabric foliage. It works in a hotel lobby, a restaurant window, a garden setting or a wedding floor, and it flowers in December exactly as reliably as it does in May.

Will it look real up close?

The blossom does, largely because a cherry in flower is a soft mass of pink rather than a set of crisp individual leaves. The trunk is the tell: it is moulded fiberglass finished to read as bark, convincing at two metres and identifiable at arm's length.

Can this go outside?

Yes, this model is specified for indoor and outdoor placement. Gardens and open terraces are within scope. As with any coloured artificial foliage, a position that avoids all-day unfiltered sun will keep the pink truer over time.

Does it need any maintenance?

Dust it and leave it. No watering, no pruning, no fallen petals to sweep, and no dormant season where it stands bare for five months of the year. For an Airbnb or a short-let property where nobody is on site between guests, that is usually the deciding factor.
