Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

This artificial cherry blossom tree stands 12 ft (3.66 m) and carries UV-resistant sakura blossom in rose, white, pink or a mixed blend. The blossom is silk over a plastic branch structure, and the height puts it firmly in hotel lobby, restaurant and event territory.

Will the colour fade in sunlight?

This tree is specified as UV resistant, which is the reason it is offered for outdoor as well as indoor placement. That means the blossom is formulated to hold its tone under sun exposure rather than bleaching out in a season. It does not make it weatherproof in every other respect, so a sheltered position still serves it better.

What colours does it come in?

Four options: rose, white, pink and a mixed-colour blend. The mix reads closest to a real orchard tree, because a living cherry never blooms in one flat tone. A single colour reads more graphic and is the usual choice for a matched pair.

Where does this work best?

Hotel lobbies, restaurant dining rooms and covered terraces. At 12 ft it wants to be seen from below and from a distance, so a position with clear sightlines across the room does far more for it than tucking it into a corner.
