Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

An artificial sakura built on an iron frame, offered at 10 ft, 11.6 ft and 13 ft (3 m to 4 m). The steel structure is the point: it is specified for ceremony aisles, hotel lobbies, malls and restaurants where a blossom tree gets brushed past all day and still has to stand straight at closing time.

How tall is it, really?

Three heights - 10 ft (3 m), 11.6 ft (3.5 m) and 13 ft (4 m). All three need a room that can take them; if your venue has a 12 ft ceiling, the 13 ft option is not a stretch goal, it simply will not fit.

Where does this work best?

Ceremony backdrops and lobby centrepieces. Blossom carries best when guests look up into it, so raise it on a plinth or site it where a staircase or mezzanine gives people a second sightline into the canopy.

Does it need any maintenance?

Between events, store it upright and dust the blossom rather than wiping it - petals are the delicate part and repeated wiping flattens them. Colour is available to order, so a venue running a fixed palette can match rather than compromise.
