Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

A blossom tree that crosses cherry with magnolia, 7.6 ft (2.3 m) on a natural wood trunk, with silk petals available in white, pink, red or blue. The magnolia influence means larger, fleshier petals than a straight sakura, which changes the look considerably at distance.

What colours can I get?

Four: white, pink, red and blue. Blue is not a botanical colour for either species and is offered as a deliberately decorative option, most often specified for branded events and window displays.

What is the trunk made of?

Natural wood. On a blossom tree the trunk is fully exposed between the ground and the flowering branches, so real bark does more visible work here than it does under a dense canopy.

Will it look real up close?

The large silk petals catch light convincingly and the wood trunk is genuine. In the blue and red colourways the tree is clearly decorative rather than naturalistic, which is the point of choosing them.

Where does this work best?

Restaurants, hotels, upscale residential interiors, weddings and seasonal display. It works both indoors and outdoors, but the wood trunk prefers a sheltered spot.
