Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.
Returns & Warranty

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.
Sizing Help

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

Two feet (0.6 m) tall, potted, on a natural wood trunk, with nine finishes numbered 1 to 9. This is the size that sits on a restaurant host stand or a hotel corridor console - present in the room, but not something anybody has to walk around.

How tall is it, really?

2 ft, roughly 0.6 m, pot included. Small enough to lift with one hand, which matters more than it sounds in a restaurant where surfaces get cleared and wiped down every evening.

What kind of pot does it come in?

It arrives potted and ready to place. The pot varies with the finish you choose, so if you are ordering several for a matched run, order the same number rather than mixing them and hoping.

Is it safe around children and pets?

No soil, no water tray, no dropped leaves to be eaten. It is light enough for a determined cat to knock over, so a spot with some height and a little distance is worth choosing.

How realistic does this actually look?

From arm's length it is difficult to distinguish from a living tree. The trunk construction and multi-tone hand-set foliage do most of that work. Up close, under direct inspection, you will be able to tell. We would rather say that plainly than overpromise.
What size should I order for my space?

Can I use this outdoors?

Only if it is from our UV-resistant range. Check the product title and tags. Indoor-rated pieces can go under permanent cover, but will fade faster in direct sun. UV stabilisation slows fading substantially; it does not defy physics.
Does it need any maintenance?

No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Dust settles on foliage the way it settles on a bookshelf, so a light dusting or gentle wipe every few months keeps it sharp. That is the entire care routine.
Why does it look flat when it arrives?
