Unboxing. Foliage is compressed in transit and will look flat on arrival. Bend the branches outward from the bottom up and fan the foliage, ten to fifteen minutes per large tree. This is normal, not damage.

Return unused items in their original packaging within the period set out in our Returns policy. Because foliage is shaped by hand after unboxing, a fanned-out tree can still be returned, just repack it carefully.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects in construction, trunk mounting and foliage attachment. See our Returns policy for the period. Gradual fading from prolonged direct sun is not covered, including on UV-stabilised items. UV treatment slows fading, it does not stop it.

Measure your ceiling height and subtract at least 30cm so the canopy is not compressed against the ceiling. For a room corner, 1.8m to 2.4m usually reads well.

Product Description

A 10 ft Japanese maple with LED lighting built into the branches, this artificial tree combines a red-toned faux maple canopy with fitted lights for evening use. Heights run 2 m to 4 m, making it a lobby, restaurant or terrace centrepiece rather than a living room plant.

Does it come with lights fitted?

Yes - the LEDs are integrated into the branch structure, not draped on afterwards. That matters visually, because wrapped string lights read as decoration while fitted LEDs read as the tree glowing from inside.

How tall is it, really?

Five heights: 6.6 ft (2 m), 8.2 ft (2.5 m), 9.8 ft (3 m), 11.5 ft (3.5 m) and 13.1 ft (4 m). The 3 m option is the one most often specified for standard commercial ceilings; above that you need an atrium or a double-height terrace.

Can I get it in a custom height?

Beyond the listed heights, there is a bending option that changes the trunk shape rather than the height. Choosing bending gives you a leaning, wind-shaped silhouette instead of an upright one - useful when the tree has to lean out over seating or a walkway.
